What We Support

• Such concerns must be reported within a week after delivery, with the product unused or lightly tried on.

What Is Not Covered

To keep our system fair for everyone, the following situations are not considered quality issues: Incorrect size selection by the customer Change of mind after use Normal wear and tear Damage caused by improper washing, ironing, or care Alterations done outside our factory Personal styling preferences after purchase.

In such cases, any return, exchange, or alteration cost will be borne by the customer. Exchange & Adjustment Support Exchange requests (where applicable) may be considered subject to product condition and availability All logistics, courier, or handling charges related to customer-initiated changes will be paid by the customer We always aim to suggest the most reasonable and cost-effective solution Care & Usage Responsibility Each ClothiGo product is developed following specific fabric behavior, construction, and care standards.
